The first NBA All-Star Game in the post-Kobe Bryant era took place in New Orleans on Sunday at the Smoothie King Center with some of the league’s best and brightest going head-to-head in a game filled with highlights and jaw-dropping plays.

Although it was the first time the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t have a representative in the game since the 1995-96 NBA season, at least in terms of having a player who earned an All-Star selection, it was still an entertaining showcase nonetheless.

Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard, and James Harden led the way for the Western Conference All-Stars starters with Russell Westbrook coming off the bench while defending NBA champion LeBron James was the driving force for the Eastern Conference while playing alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jimmy Butler, Kyrie Irving, and DeMar DeRozan.
