Lakers franchise star Kobe Bryant spoke publicly for the first time since Mike D’Antoni’s resignation as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Thursday night. Kimmel covered a wide range of topics with Bryant, including his thoughts on D’Antoni stepping down and whether or not he’ll have input during the next coaching search. Candid as usual with Kimmel, Bryant had all of us laughing when using “zero” athletic ability to describe Nick ‘Swaggy P’ Young throwing out the first pitch at the Dodgers game. Bryant didn’t attempt to sugarcoat last season, saying that he would’ve rather digested paint chips than watch it.
