VIDEO: Nick Young’s Son Swarmed By Lakers Fans At A Park

Arguably the most popular player on the Los Angeles Lakers squad this season, outside of Kobe Bryant, was none other than Nick Young. Although a questionable signing by the Lakers, Young came in and played much better than expected as the team’s sixth man.

As a result of Young’s solid play on the court and magnetic personality in the locker room, the veteran guard has become a fan favorite in Los Angeles. Not only has Young become a household name in Los Angeles, but it appears his son or Swaggy P Jr. is just as popular as his famous father.

Young posted a video on Instagram of his son at the park with his grandparents. Young’s son was mobbed by tons of young Lakers fans:

So his grandparents took lil nick to the park and he couldn’t even play bcuz the kids all wanted to take pics with him .. They send me this video …my son look like he didn’t no what to do .. Lol idk if he ready for all that he look scared I felt bad for my lil man

With Young likely to opt out of his contract with the Lakers this summer, it is uncertain how much longer he’ll be in Los Angeles. Young wants to return for obvious reasons with his fame hitting an all-time high in his hometown, but it remains to be seen if the Lakers are willing to pay his asking price to stay.
