With the team struggling and trying to find its identity, Jordan Hill spoke about the team needing to trust each other according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:

Though the Lakers have had good stretches, the team has struggled with consistency as everyone gets used to playing with each other. The chemistry between certain players has been fine, but as a whole, the team doesn’t trust each other and that is something that comes with time.

Jeremy Lin spoke after the latest loss about the team showing what they need to do in their victory against the San Antonio Spurs. In that game, the Lakers had 27 assists on their 44 baskets, as opposed to only 16 assists in the loss to the Kings.

The best teams in the NBA constantly make the extra pass and know where their teammates are going to be. Teams like the Spurs and Golden State Warriors are excellent because of their ball and player movement.
