Nick Young has missed the last 11 games due to a swollen left knee and a CT scan revealed that he suffered a small fracture on his knee cap, but it will not require surgery according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:

While Young will not require surgery, he will be reevaluated on a weekly basis, via Winters:

With Young being reevaluated on a weekly basis, the team recently signed Jabari Brown to a 10-day contract and he has performed well in the sixth man’s absence — averaging 7.0 points on 60 percent shooting from the field.

With the Lakers officially out of playoff contention, head coach Byron Scott is focused on evaluating the talent on the roster. Jordan Clarkson has been a bright spot for the franchise this season as they look forward to the NBA Draft and free agency.
