Lakers Draft Workouts: Harvey, Christmas, Ashley, Petteway, Tokoto

The Los Angeles Lakers continued with their pre-draft workouts on Monday morning, working out Tyler Harvey, Rakeem Christmas, J.P. Tokoto, Terran Petteway, George de Paula, and Brandon Ashley, all attendees of this year’s NBA draft combine.

Harvey, 6’2 3/4″ guard out of Eastern Washington, was one of the better known names at this morning’s workout, touted most for being a shooter. He finished this past season as the NCAA Division I national scoring leader at 23.1 points per game.

Christmas, 6’8 1/4″ power forward, played all four years at Syracuse, garnering First-Team All-ACC and First Team All-ACC Defensive Team honors.

Ashley, 6’7 1/4″ power forward, attended the University of Arizona for three years, receiving honorable mention All-Pac-12 as a junior in 2015. Christmas, 6’8 1/4″ power forward, played all four years at Syracuse, garnering First-Team All-ACC and First Team All-ACC Defensive Team honors.

De Paula is a young 6’4 1/2″ point guard from Brazil, turning all of 19 years old last week, who made himself stand out at the NBA Draft Combine with his 7’0″ wingspan. Check out their post-workout interviews below.
