The Los Angeles Lakers are going through a rebuilding process right now and the most important thing for the franchise is to stock pile young talent. Over the past few years, the Lakers have been drafting very well and it looks like the fate of the team rests in good hands.

Larry Nance Jr. has been a bright spot for the team as of late and he has impressed everyone with his play. Nance Jr. recently chimed in on the power forward position for the Lakers and he sees great success with Julius Randle, via Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:

Nance Jr. and Randle are two of the best young players the Lakers have right now and both bring unique skill sets to the table. They have been sharing minutes at that position and it will be interesting to see how head coach Byron Scott handles their playing times as the season progresses.

With the Lakers in their rebuilding process, it is important for them to find gems with their later draft picks. After trading for Jordan Clarkson in the second round in 2014, Nance Jr. appears to be another building block as he looks to develop into a stretch four for the Lakers.

This season, Nance Jr. has averaged 5.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. As for Randle, he has been putting up 11.6 points and 9.5 rebounds per contest.
