The Los Angeles Lakers are nearly halfway through the 2015-2016 NBA season, and bring just eight wins into their Tuesday night meeting with the New Orleans Pelicans. After a slew of minor injuries, Los Angeles is finally healthy and will be looking to snap a four-game losing streak. The Pelicans, on the other hand, will be without star Anthony Davis, who is nursing an aching back.
Kobe Bryant will be back in action after missing Sunday’s game due to a sore Achilles (the other one). D’Angelo Russell (ankle) and Brandon Bass (eye) will also be returning, and should help provide some depth to the reserve unit. In their last game against the Utah Jazz, the bench looked a bit out of sync, so hopefully having a complete roster will put them back on the right track.
