The scuffle that got Nick Young, D’Angelo Russell and Greg Monroe tossed on Friday night during their loss to the Milwaukee Bucks was all the talk in the Los Angeles Lakers locker room after the game.
Young shoved Bucks’ Malcolm Brogdon after taking a hard foul, which was then met with another shove from Greg Monroe, and immediately following, D’Angelo Russell, Brandon Ingram and Larry Nance Jr. got involved. There was even a member of the Bucks’ staff (believed to have been a member of their security) who shoved Ingram, much to head coach Luke Walton’s fury after the game.
On the bright side, Walton was incredibly proud of all of his guys for standing up for one another. Young called it a symbol of unity and Nance Jr. said it was great to see everyone come together to protect their teammate.
