Kobe Bryant Becomes Youngest Player to Score 28,000 Points

After scoring his fourth point of today’s game against the Denver Nuggets Kobe Bryant became the youngest player in NBA history to score 28,000 points.

Bryant is just the sixth player in NBA history to score at least 28,000 points. Bryant now joins the likes of Shaquille O’Neal, Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

At 33 years and 131 days old Bryant is the youngest ever to reach the 28,000-point plateau. He was the youngest to reach 23,000, 24,000, 25,000, 26,000 and 27,000 points in NBA history.
