Kobe Bryant Named to All-NBA First Team

For the seventh consecutive season Kobe Bryant has been named to the first team All-NBA squad for his performance in the 2011-12 season. This is the tenth time in his career that Bryant has been named to the team.

Bryant averaged 27.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game during the regular season, and was less than 40 points away from winning the third scoring title of his NBA career.

Yesterday, Bryant was named to the NBA’s all-defensive second team as well.
