NBA Rumors: Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian Nearing Divorce

There is a never a slow day when it comes to Hollywood news.

Former Los Angeles Laker and current forward for the Clippers, Lamar Odom, is reportedly preparing to divorce wife Khloe Kardashian. According to a report from Star Magazine, Odom went to a divorce attorney so that Khloe could not take possession of his $67 million if they ended up getting divorced.

One source claims that Lamar has even had a secret meeting with a divorce lawyer. “He wants to be sure he’s protected, because he knows the Kardashians will try to fight . . . [Lamar’s] trying to keep his intentions quiet for now, so he can focus on his NBA comeback.”

“He’d rather just serve her with papers and be done.”

However, Khloe Kardashian’s people claim that there will not be a divorce between Khloe and Lamar. A close friend of Khloe claims that she and Lamar are “totally fine.”

At this point, there are two conflicting reports and there is no definitive answer. Hollywood divorcing is very frequent and even the seemingly perfect marriages break up. Khloe and Lamar may be a high-profile couple, but their divorce is something that can surely occur, adding more juice to reality television.
