Lakers News: Steve Nash Out Friday vs. Los Angeles Clippers

After suffering a knee contusion on Wednesday night against the Portland Trail Blazers, it was just announced that Steve Nash will not play on Friday night when the Lakers take on the Los Angeles Clippers.

Nash will be re-evaluated and examined before the team plays the Detroit Pistons on Sunday night, and will most likely be listed as day-to-day.

Steve Blake will most likely start in Nash’s place.
