Lakers News: Steve Nash Will Play Against Warriors

The Los Angeles Lakers and new head coach Mike D’Antoni have been anxiously awaiting the return of two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash to the lineup. Nash has only played in two regular season games for the Lakers since signing a three-year deal with the team following the sign-and-trade with the Phoenix Suns.

The leg fracture injury sustained in the loss to the Portland Trail Blazers back on Oct. 31 was thought to be something that Nash would be able to recover from quickly with early reports predicting Nash would only be out weeks opposed to months.

After sitting out for almost all of the season thus far, Nash will make his return tonight against the Golden State Warriors, according to Sam Amick of USA Today.

Nash will suit up for Los Angeles and hopefully help guide them to their fourth straight victory.
