Lakers Nation Reacts: Who Will Win The Eastern Conference Finals?

This Monday is all about Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The prohibitive favorite Miami Heat have been involved in a tooth and nail series with the tough Indiana Pacers and it all comes down to one game in Miami tonight.

LeBron James has been outstanding this series as usual, posting 28 points, seven rebounds, and five assists in this series and has been truly unstoppable at times in this series, but has lacked the help he needs as Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh have struggled against the Pacers. The Pacers have made life difficult with their size down low in Roy Hibbert and David West along with Paul George developing into a star right before our eyes in this series.

We asked Lakers Nation who would win the Eastern Conference Finals and these are the results:

The Pacers are the overwhelming favorites according to our fans, despite being on the road for this Game 7. The Pacers domination of the boards and Paul George’s multiple highlight plays over Chris Bosh and Chris ‘Birdman’ Andersen have captivated Lakers Nation.

There’s also the thought of Laker fans despising Lebron James and not wanting him to succeed which probably helps to explain why the results are so vastly in favor of the Pacers.

Then there are those fans who have hopes of the Lakers staging some sort of WWE storyline-like switch to the Eastern Conference and stealing Game 7 in Miami as the Lakers garnered 43 total votes in the poll as well.
