Former Laker Lamar Odom Dealing With Drug Problem In LA Hotel

After a weekend filled with uncertainty, former Sixth Man of the Year Lamar Odom is currently at a hotel in Los Angeles with friends while dealing with an unspecified drug problem according to ESPN via Twitter:

With Odom reportedly missing for three days and said to be possibly using crack cocaine, the two-time NBA champion’s family and fans feared the worst. Odom has been on an emotional roller coaster since being traded by the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks back in 2011 following the failed Chris Paul deal.

Following the trade to the Mavs, Odom proceeded to have the worst season of his NBA career and was ultimately released by Dallas. Although Odom landed with the Los Angeles Clippers and seemingly turned things around while back in Los Angeles, things have taken a turn for the worst with drug abuse and a marriage to Khloe Kardashian apparently falling apart.

Allegedly, Odom was cheating on Kardashian setting all of these events in motion leading to the drug use and being kicked out of his house by wife last week.
