The Lakers will be hosting the Sacramento Kings tonight after having an impressive win over the Golden State Warriors on Friday. Five Lakers finished the game with double digits including Pau Gasol, who had 24 points leading all scorers, and Nick Young with 21 points off the bench. The Lakers continue to be without their star players in Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash, but with Bryant looking good in practices and Nash putting retirement rumors to rest, the team is getting closer to having a healthy roster. The Lakers have been able to stay close to .500 with strong play from their bench and players such as Steve Blake, Jordan Hill and Jodie Meeks having great games.
Chris Kaman is doubtful again tonight after sitting out against the Warriors with back soreness. The Laknn improve to .500 and can get their first 3-game winning streak of the season.
What are the keys to a Lakers’ victory tonight? What is Mike D’Antoni saying about Bryant’s soreness?
Chris Kaman (lower back soreness) didn’t participate in shootaround and is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game.
