Most fans of the Los Angeles Lakers are hoping to see a big improvement this season compared to last year, but if that doesn’t happen, there is a light at the end of the tunnel in top prospect Ben Simmons.

The LSU forward has drawn comparisons to LeBron James due to his size, athleticism, and playmaking ability.

Simmons will surely be one of the top two picks in the draft next season, and apparently he already has an idea of where he will be headed. Simmons posted on Snapchat that fans will be able to catch him on the Lakers next season via The Big Lead:

The Lakers still owe their draft pick to the Philadelphia 76ers via the Steve Nash trade of 2012. The only way the team retains the pick is if it lands in the top three.

Simmons clearly believes the Lakers will be one of, if not, the worst team in the NBA this season hence why he sees himself with them next year. The Lakers organization, however, is likely not expecting that same finish.
