Carlos Boozer has spent years witnessing Kobe from afar, but now has a chance to see Kobe up close and personal every night. Boozer had some very high praise for Kobe according to ESPN’s Beto Duran:

Boozer also noted this as the reason why fans everywhere line up for the chance to see Kobe via Duran:

Kobe’s meaning to the Lakers organization can not be overstated. He has been the face of the franchise for over two decades and continues to fill up Staples Center every night while willing himself and his teammates to a level most didn’t believe possible.

As a team the Lakers have struggled this season, but Bryant continues to fight to keep the team relevant and they finally got their first win of the season against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday night.

Questions about Kobe’s shot selection, efficiency and attitude may continue to pop up throughout the season, but no one can question the heart and greatness of Kobe and he will continue to show that all year.
