The Los Angeles Lakers have had a difficult time with the injury bug this season, with seemingly every key player missing time due to one ailment or another. On Friday night point guard D’Angelo Russell fell victim again, and he’s now expected to miss at least one week with an MCL sprain and bone bruise.
