According to TMZ, Los Angeles Lakers guard Devin Ebanks was being investigated after a woman accused him of sexual assault.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the alleged victim told police Ebanks took her home from a nightclub on September 13, 2011 … but when she turned down his sexual advances, Ebanks “forcibly penetrated [her] vagina with his penis five to ten times.”
However, it is now being revealed that the woman made false claims against Ebanks and that the L.A. County District Attorney is rejecting the case.
Ebanks didn’t release a statement or comment publicly about the situation.
