It’s pretty fair to say that no player in the NBA inspires as much hate and disdain from Lakers fans than Dwight Howard. The center left the team after only one disappointing season and most fans would rather forget that he ever donned the purple and gold.

Apparently, there are still some Howard Lakers jerseys floating around in Los Angeles. Fans probably wouldn’t pay 100 cents for it, but at LAX, they are going for $100 according to ‘Showtime’ author Jeff Pearlman:

The jerseys still being around isn’t too surprising as you can always find some old jerseys at different places, but as Pearlman pointed out, it makes sense at a Marshalls for a few dollars.

Maybe LAX is able to sell these to some gullible overseas tourists who don’t realize that Howard is long gone. One thing is for sure, just the sight of that jersey is sure to make fans everywhere shake their head in disgust.
