Getting to Know Mike Brown with Billy MacDonald at Lakers 2012 All-Access Event

At the Lakers All-Access event on Tuesday night at Staples Center there were plenty of opportunities for fans to get a behind-the-scenes look at the Lakers franchise.

One of the more interesting events that took place was an interview with current Lakers head coach Mike Brown. The interview, which was done by television play-by-play man Bill Macdonald, focused on Brown’s childhood and some of his previous coaching experiences. Brown also touched on what life was like growing up with a father who was in the Air Force, and how that prepared him for his current job as an NBA head coach.

Brown discussed the effects of the lockout, what it’s like coaching one of the league’s most storied franchises, and the differences between his current star Kobe Bryant, and his former star LeBron James.
