Giveaway: Retweet Lakers Nation For Chance To See ‘Kobe Up Close’

On August 15, Kobe Bryant will sit down with Jimmy Kimmel at the Nokia Theatre to raise money towards ending homelessness in Los Angeles.

The event, Kobe Up Close, will see a back-and-forth between Bryant and Kimmel in which Bryant will share some stories about his career and discuss his charity, the Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation (KVBFF).

KVBFF will partner with Cedars-Sinai Sports Spectacular to help marginalized and inner-city communities.

The Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation is working toward eliminating homelessness and is partnering with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s Sports Spectacular to help under-served communities around Los Angeles. Through varied and widespread community outreach programs which travel to under-privileged communities and homeless shelters and offer free services to make sure kids are up-to-date on shots, vaccinations and general healthcare, we are making a difference.

Ticket sales for the event range from $25 to $200, and you can purchase your tickets here.

  • To be kept up to date with Sports Spectacular, follow them on Twitter, @SportSpec.
