With the unfortunate news that Steve Nash has suffered yet another setback, it’s possible that Jeremy Lin is about to have a very big role in his first season in Los Angeles. After Wednesday’s practice, Lin talked about what he’s already learned from Steve Nash and what he hopes to emulate in the future.

In addition to noticing how much work Nash puts in off the court, Lin discusses how Nash has always played basketball the “right way.” Lin thinks back to a conversation he recently had with Nash about how the now 40-year-old point guard could have easily been a 20 point-a-night scorer, but instead, Nash focused on getting the ball moving and developing team chemistry.
