Lakers’ assistant coach Jim Cleamons wants to become the head coach of a college basketball team one day. He currently helps Phil Jackson run the sidelines, but Cleamons has bigger goals in mind. Cleamons says he wants to pass the skills and knowledge he has learned over the years to the next generation of basketball players.
