Now sitting at 0-5 after their most recent loss to the Phoenix Suns, the Los Angeles Lakers have to go back to the drawing board and figure out how they can turn things around.

The Lakers have five days until their next game against the Charlotte Hornets, and Jordan Hill believes there is one major thing the Lakers can do to help change their fortunes according to Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation:

Trust is something the Lakers struggle with right now as the team is only beginning to come together over the last few weeks. Teams like the San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors have been together for years, allowing them to really understand each other which shows in how well they play.

In contrast, only three of the 10 Lakers who played against the Suns really played together last year in Wesley Johnson, Ryan Kelly, and Hill. None of the players have played with Kobe Bryant, which is a learning process in itself, and new systems from a new head coach in Byron Scott further complicates things.

The Lakers are a new team recently put together that are experiencing some major growing pains. But like Hill said, the team must help and trust each other on both sides of the ball. Once that happens, the Lakers will truly begin to see a difference in the results at the end of the game.
