Kobe Bryant competed in his final game against the Houston Rockets on Sunday night, scoring 35 points in his 27 minutes. It was Bryant’s final matchup with former Laker teammate Trevor Ariza who he talked about after the game.
It was also the last time James Harden would play against Bryant, someone he grew up idolizing, dropping 40 points in the process. Hakeem Olajuwon was in attendance and Bryant discussed his influence over the years.
Plus, Bryant comments on ESPN bumping his final game to ESPN2, in preference of the Golden State Warriors looking to break the record against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday. If you missed out on the Houston Rockets tribute video, head here.
