With the 2012 Summer Olympics in London set to begin next year, the USA’s Men’s Basketball team is preparing to win its second consecutive gold medal. The 2012 Men’s roster will consists solely of NBA players, and Kobe Bryant has said he would like to rejoin the red-white- and blue.

Bryant was the leader in the gold medal winning 2008 Beijing team, and his world-wide popularity grew after those summer games. However, he is hungry for a second medal and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it. “Kobe Bryant is a yes whatever happens, according to a source close to the 34-year-old; Bryant badly wants a second gold medal to go with the one he won in ’08.”

Kobe Bryant already had five NBA titles, two Finals MVPs, but there is always room for another Olympic medal.
