The Los Angeles Lakers introduced former University of Missouri and University of Tulsa guard Jordan Clarkson as their newest member of the Lakers on Monday. Acquired via the Washington Wizards for cash, Clarkson went 46th in the 2014 NBA draft.
A promising point guard, Clarkson is one of the few Filipino-American’s that’s made it to the NBA. As such, he’s currently quite the buzz in the Philippines, where his mother was born.
