There have been some spectacular players to play for the Lakers during their time in the NBA, whether it be in Los Angeles or the early days in Minneapolis. One of those legendary players is Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who spent his time in the NBA scoring more points than any other player in league history.

Recently, Lakers Nation was fortunate enough to sit down with the former Laker center and discuss some of his career achievements, and what he’s been doing since he retired from the league in 1989.

Abdul-Jabbar discussed his new book, the film he produced, and how he believes he could do if playing in the NBA today.

A very special thanks to Abdul-Jabbar and his team for taking the time to sit down and chat with us. We can only hope that their experience was as rewarding as ours.
