Lakers Nation Photos Of The Week: January 2 – January 8

The Lakers continued to experience life away from the Staples Center this past week as the team had a mini-three game road trip. Following this stretch, the Lakers will have played 10 of their last 12 games on the road. The team lost at home to the Bobcats last Friday, and then lost the first of their road trip to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The highlight of the week however came in a 119-108 Lakers victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers this past Wednesday. The team has only eight players dressed, and after center Robert Sacre fouled out, they only had four players eligible to play. Due to NBA rules, Sacre was able to finish out the game despite the fact that he had six personal fouls. To make matters worse, the team expects to be without Nick Young, Jodie Meeks, and Pau Gasol for a few weeks due to injuries. The Lakers will return home to host the Bulls, Jazz, and Thunder before the All-Star break. Take a look at some of the best captured moments from the team this past week.
