Before his injury against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Feb. 5, Nick Young was having arguably his best season of his career. Not only was he averaging 16.8 points off the bench, but Young started to put it together on the defensive end.

With so many lows this season, Young has been one of the few bright spots on and off the court. While he probably shouldn’t have come back two weeks after suffering a non-displaced fracture in his left knee, Young wanted to be out there for his teammates.

While it’s unclear whether Young will return this season, most fans are hoping this isn’t his lone season with the Lakers. With his ability to score off the bench and a willingness to play defense now, numerous teams will be interested in him this season. Although we don’t know what the future holds, Swaggy P has been an amazing addition for the Lakers this season.
