The Los Angeles Lakers suffered the fifth loss of the season on Tuesday with the rival San Antonio Spurs coming into Staples Center and barely pulling off the victory, 84-82. Although the Lakers fell for a fifth time in eight games, the team looked solid with Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard leading the way.
Unfortunately, another injury to one of the team’s most important players occurred with forward Jordan Hill spraining his right wrist.
L.A. Times’ Mike Bresnahan reports via Twitter that Hill is probable for Friday’s game against the Phoenix Suns:

Hill has had his fair share of injury problems as of late suffering from a herniated disc in his back during the preseason. Fortunately, the back injury didn’t require surgery like Howard’s did and Hill has gotten back to form.
Even though Hill’s recent wrist injury will be a concern for the Lakers’ best bench player, the up-and-coming forward has reassured Lakers fans not to worry via Twitter:
Oh and da wrist is gone be good y’all…”dees injurys can’t HOLD ME BACK”…love y’all doe

Hill scored eight points and grabbed six rebounds on Tuesday night against the Spurs.
