Lakers Pau Gasol Talks About Importance of Playing Fired Up

During Wednesday night’s win over the Los Angeles Clippers the Lakers saw a side of Pau Gasol that has been noticeably absent this season. Gasol played an aggressive brand of basketball, on both ends of the floor, that helped lead the Lakers to a victory over their Staples Center rivals.

At practice on Thursday Gasol mentioned the importance of playing with that aggressive attitude, and how being fired up can have a strong impact on the game. There’s no question that Gasol’s attitude on Wednesday night was one the Lakers are hoping to see more of in the future.
