Lakers Rumors: Deron Williams, Jordan Farmar Visit Los Angeles

With the NBA off-season underway for the Los Angeles Lakers and free agency right around the corner (July 1), there’s been a lot of speculation about what the Lakers’ front office intends to do in order to improve the team moving forward. One player that has been mentioned more than any as a potential target for the Lakers is perennial All-Star point guard Deron Williams of the Brooklyn Nets.

There’s a lot of uncertainty heading towards free agency with Ramon Sessions as the future of the point guard in Los Angeles. With that being said, the Lakers are considering a blockbuster deal to acquire Williams via sign-and-trade over the summer.

Recently, Williams and former Laker Jordan Farmar were seen around town in Los Angeles taking in the sights and enjoying everything the City of Angels has to offer. This obviously created some buzz with the media and Lakers fans, but that didn’t stop Williams from having a little fun with the situation through his Instagram account by posting the following:

“Riding around LA w/ @jrfarmar sources say I’m going to the Lakers now
