According to Chris Broussard of ESPN the Los Angeles Lakers have contacted the Houston Rockets about their point guard Jonny Flynn. Broussard is also reporting that the New York Knicks have also asked Houston about Flynn, but that the Rockets aren’t interested in what the Knicks have to offer.

Flynn, 23, was the sixth overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2009 NBA Draft before being traded to the Houston Rockets in 2011. He was a member of the NBA All-Rookie second team in 2010.
