Wojnarowski reports that the Lakers are willing to give up Steve Blake, Chris Duhon, Devin Ebanks, Darius Morris for 2nd-rounders, a way to load up on young talent and also save some cap space moving forward.

The Lakers will not move any of their star players and all signs point to the team keeping center Dwight Howard past the deadline. Los Angeles sees Howard as the cornerstone for the franchise’s future and it believes Howard will decide to sign long term once the season ends.

Los Angeles does have a plethora of guards on the team and the front office does not see much value in having so many of them on the roster. Even though it will be hard to deal all of the players on the trading block, the Lakers will do whatever it takes to put the team on the right path in the final half of the season.
