The Los Angeles Lakers have had their depth destroyed due to injuries, particularly in the backcocurt. Kobe Bryant, Xavier Henry, and Ronnie Price are all gone for the season while Nick Young may be out for many more weeks.
The Lakers have decided to make a move to address that as the team will sign guard Jabari Brown from the Los Angeles D-Fenders to a 10-day contract according to Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski:
Lakers are planning to sign D-League guard Jabari Brown to a 10-day contract, league source tells Yahoo Sports. He plays with LA Defenders.

Brown is currently the NBA D-League’s leading scorer at 24.4 points per game. He also averages over four rebounds and two assists. Before joining the D-Fenders he played at Missouri where he was a teammate of fellow Lakers rookie Jordan Clarkson.
It is unknown whether Brown will be available to play in the Lakers’ game Tuesday night against the Detroit Pistons.
