The Los Angeles Lakers struggled out of the gates against the Clippers on Tuesday, falling behind 20-2 in the opening minutes of action. Metta World Peace led the Lakers with 17 points and five boards off the bench.

It was Kobe Bryant’s last game at Staples Center with the Clippers hosting and during the starting lineup intros, they played a short tribute video to Kobe, which can be watched below. After the game, Kobe talked about how much he is going to miss Clipper Darrell, his relationship with Chris Paul and how the Golden State Warriors should approach breaking the Chicago Bulls record.

After the game, head coach Byron Scott questioned whether some of his players have what it takes to make it in the NBA. Night after night, the Lakers are struggling to throw the first punch or match the intensity of their opponent.
