Kobe Bryant scored a game-high 28 points in his final matchup against the Denver Nuggets on Friday night, despite the Los Angeles Lakers falling 116-105. Rookie point guard D’Angelo Russell was carried off the court with a moderate right ankle sprain, but hopes to play in Sunday’s game against the Washington Wizards.

Julius Randle recorded the first triple-double of his NBA career, finishing with 18 rebounds, 13 points and 10 assists. After the game, the sophomore forward explained his eagerness to get the ball moving, after recognizing that what they’ve been doing the past few games has not been working.

Bryant also talks at length about a myriad of topics, ranging from his music choices to languages he might pick up in retirement, even his first NCAA March Madness experience at the Honda Center and impressions of Brandon Ingram. Plus, a reporter from Belgium even asks him for a hug in an entertaining exchange. It’s all in our videos below.
