The Los Angeles Lakers extended their losing streak to eight games on Friday night, after another loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, 112-95. With Kobe Bryant sitting out of the game due to his sore shoulder, head coach Byron Scott said he was hoping that someone would step up in a leadership role.

The Lakers used their 10th different starting lineup of the season, with rookie Anthony Brown starting in place of Bryant. Russell led the Lakers in scoring with 22 points (6-of-9 shooting), his sixth game scoring 20+ points and sixth time leading the team in scoring as a rookie.

After the game, Scott and Larry Nance Jr. comment on the lack of leadership without Bryant on the floor. Julius Randle and Russell provide their differing perspectives.
