Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace used Twitter along with his post-game interview to apologize for his elbow to the head of James Harden.
World Peace came off an impressive dunk over several Thunder players and in the midst of his celebration, he swung back and hit Harden right in the head.
Harden did not return to the game due to a concussion and World Peace was quickly ejected in the second quarter.
Hope James Hardin is ok… I remember when I hit by Marc Gasol the same way.. I was spitting up blood and a headache during the game…

At this point, no punishment has been sent down by the NBA league office.
