The next step came when Kobe counter-sued the auction house that had his memorabilia, in an attempt to regain control of the gear his mother had given them.

So far, this is where we’re at in the Kobe feud. Considering Kobe is currently rehabbing from his torn Achilles, a legal battle with his mother probably isn’t what he wants to be dealing with.
