According to Marc Stein of ESPN, Crawford has been named the best bench player in the league for the second time in his career:

Los Angeles Clippers guard Jamal Crawford has won the NBA’s Sixth Man Award for the second time in his career, according to sources familiar with the voting.

Ever since signing with the Clippers back in 2012, the veteran guard has been absolutely lethal off the bench for the up-and-coming squad. Crawford has come into his own in Los Angeles after bouncing around the league with the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks and Portland Trail Blazers.

During the 2013-14 NBA season, Crawford averaged 18.6 points per game while shooting 36.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Crawford became one of only four players in NBA history to win the regular season award twice along with Kevin McHale, Ricky Pierce and Detlef Schrempf.
