NBA News: Seattle Fans Not Happy With Thunder, Rooting for Heat

All NBA fans are well aware of how the city of Seattle lost their SuperSonics to Oklahoma City back in 2008, when owner Clay Bennett packed the team up and moved them to his home town of OKC. Now, with the Thunder in the NBA Finals and favored to win the championship, the fans in Seattle are more bitter than ever.

A recent poll on ESPN and found via The Hoop Doctors shows that there are 48 states in the country with a majority of fans pulling for the Thunder. That leaves two states rooting for the Heat. One, unsurprisingly, is the Heat’s home state of Florida.

The other? You guessed it. Washington.
