I felt the need to let them share the number one spot as these will be the last Power Rankings for this season. The Heat have been absolutely dominant this season, and are still the clear favorites to win the NBA championship.
1. (Tied). New York Knicks (53-27, Last Week: 1): The Knicks lost to the Chicago Bulls in overtime on Thursday, but are still the hottest team in the league right now. Including that loss, the Knicks have won 15 of their last 16. Should the Knicks and Heat meet in the playoffs down the road, it would be an extremely exciting, competitive series.
