20. Washington Wizards (15-26, Last Week: 21): The Wizards are 4-1 in their last five games.

19. Milwaukee Bucks (26-25, Last Week 18): The Bucks have lost four of their last five games. Samuel Dalembert continues to play well, however.

18. Dallas Mavericks (23-29, Last Week: 20): The Mavericks are 5-5 over their last 10 games, but 3-1 over their last four.

17. Toronto Raptors (21-32, Last Week: 24): Winners of four games straight, The Raptors appear to be playing quite well since acquiring Rudy Gay.

16. Golden State Warriors (30-22, Last Week: 13): The Warriors have struggled as of late; currently in the midst of a five-game losing streak.

15. Houston Rockets (29-26, Last Week: 15): Without James Harden, the Rockets were no match for the Los Angeles Clippers. Good thing for Houston, Harden played in the All Star Game and should return to the lineup to face his former team–the Oklahoma City Thunder–on Wednesday.

14. Utah Jazz (30-24, Last Week: 16): A victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday bumps the Jazz up here.

13. Los Angeles Lakers (25-29, Last Week: 14): Three and a half games behind the eighth seeded Houston Rockets, the Lakers sure have their work cut out for them. They’ll need to establish themselves as a force after the All Star break is over, starting with a strong game over the Boston Celtics.

12. Atlanta Hawks (29-22, Last Week: 12): The Hawks are set to take on the Miami Heat in Miami on Wednesday. Josh Smith has been playing well.

11. Brooklyn Nets (31-22, Last Week: 11): Deron Williams has been sidelined with tendinitis in his ankle over the past two games. However, Brook Lopez has played well as the Nets won both of those games.
