The trade rumors continue to circulate around the NBA involving superstar Kevin Love. The three-time All-Star seemed to be on the verge of being traded to the Golden State Warriors, but talks have reportedly ended with the Minnesota Timberwolves now back to square one.

All signs appear to be pointing to Love being traded at some point in the near future by the Timberwolves, but it remains uncertain what team will offer the best trade package to convince Minnesota to pull the trigger.
One team that has emerged as a suitor for Love is the Chicago Bulls. Chicago is in desperate need of an upgrade on the offense end and Love would provide that if acquired. The current trade package the Bulls are rumored to be offering has multiple players and picks headed to Minnesota, according to ESPN’s Chad Ford:
The Bulls, who are offering Taj Gibson, Tony Snell plus Nos. 16 and 19, are the latest suitors.
Chicago is also considered one of the favorites to land Carmelo Anthony in free agency. Anthony would also be the kind of player that would provide a boost for the Bulls offensively, but Chicago may no longer show interest in Anthony if able to bring in Love.
Along with the Bulls, the Boston Celtics could be another team that gets involved in trade talks with the Timberwolves. Love visited Boston a few weeks ago resulting in speculation that he might favor landing with the Celtics, but the star forward has said over and over again that he wants to win and Boston wouldn’t exactly be the ideal fit if that is the case.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been linked with Love for quite some time with talk of the perennial All-Star wanting to return to the city to wear purple and gold. Unfortunately, outside the seventh pick in the upcoming draft, the Lakers don’t have the trade assets to intrigue the Timberwolves. Landing Love in free agency next summer may be the Lakers only option at this point.
