Featured in the house are extraordinary additions such as a movie theater, hair salon, personal gym, and even a shark tank with custom wood paneled floors. The mansion currently lists at $6.5 million, but Bryant has asked as much as nearly $8.6 million before, making it the highest priced property in the Pelican Ridge community.

Neal J. Leitereg of The Daily Pilot reported on the 8,000-square-foot home:

The Mediterranean-style home, built in 1997 and recently renovated and expanded, sits behind a gated drive on about half an acre with unobstructed city and ocean views. Within the 8,741 square feet of living space is a chef’s kitchen, formal living and dining areas, four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Bryant purchased the house from previous owner Dwight Manley, who represented other big name athletes like Karl Malone and Dennis Rodman as a sports agent.

Lined with limestone and walnut hardwoods, the house is suited for a champion. Bryant’s Newport Coast home is just one of many properties that he owns and currently, the only one that is up for sale.
